Important information


Claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of the product.

In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 20 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be at our expense.



Before returning any product, please email us at info@fitnesswomen.es and we will assist you within 24 hours.


We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse.



Notice for EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

How to request a refund


The first thing to take into account is the time: you have 5 days if the product is damaged or defective, 60 days if you did not receive your order and 14 days on a regular basis.



In other words, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us, except in exceptional cases*.

To return your order we need you to send us an email with:

Photo or video of the damaged product
Description of the situation


Except in cases of force majeure, we will make a refund, reshipment or return in any of the following cases:

Backordered orders: orders are missing tracking information, in transit, still pending or overdue 60 days after the orders left the warehouse.
Undelivered orders: a certificate of non-delivery issued by the local post office with an official stamp is required.
Damaged products: within 5 days of receipt, you must contact us.
Incorrect or missing products: depending on the case we will make a partial or total refund, replacement or reshipment.


Cases of force majeure
Fitness Women is not responsible for any damaged product or delay in shipment caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
